This is a timelapse video I made back in the day - shamelessly reposted here - and I was so proud of it back then.
I made it the old fashioned way - taking shots frame by frame on my Nikon DSLR which was on a tripod in the office I was working in at the time over the duration of most of the day. I can’t remember what I used to post-process but it was likely Lightroom. Edit one image to get the look and then copy all the settings to all the other images. I would have then exported the whole set of images before using something like LRTimelapse to assemble and create the MP4 video.
Those buildings are still there but of course Blockbusters is long gone (this was November 2013). This split into two and became a Taco Bell (still there) and a Costa Coffee (now also gone). The building in the foreground middle was and still is a KFC.
I still do timelapse so there might be some more popping up although they are coming from my DJI Mini4 Pro for a birds eye view.
